I must warn you
about hope,
it's fire in a fire
it's water in a flood
it's earth in a tremor
it's wind in a storm
it's gun in a war
and bullet in a gun
it's reason in temple
and it's you in you
it's a dangerous thing;
you'd think it will
get you
through the sea,
but no
it drowns you.
in most cases(hope)
so all you can do,
to save
yourself,
is hope,
that hope,
doesn't do that to you;
Not this time anyway.
